Born in Usti nad Labem in Czech republic Lada is now a resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This exotic athlete is no stranger to training and sport. "I was doing some kind of sport all my life. I started to do bodybuilding in 1994 when I switched from martial arts. In 1996 I was first time on stage in Teen Bodybuilding division. So on competitive level I am for 18 years, 20 years in the gym".
